I hope to rightfully fulfill my duties as Miss Globe 2009."

Samah Gahfaz, an architect by profession, went on to reveal that she spent her younger years studying and working in order to dutifully support her family. Having achieved that she went on to pursue her inner most passion that is modeling, without ever having in mind to be called one day to represent Algeria at an international beauty pageant, let alone win it. She now hopes to use her title to promote Algerian tourism, and for charity fund raising in the African continent by working closely with UNICEF.

On his part, the Algerian National Director Mr. Amine Sbia, revealed that with wishful support from the Algerian authorities, his local organization is much ambitious about hosting the Miss Globe 2010 pageant in Algiers.
